Platinum Pro Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Houston metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
- Roof inspections and assessments
- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Complete roof replacements
- Storm damage restoration
- Insurance claim assistance
- Emergency roofing services
Estimates and Proposals
Free estimates provided by Platinum Pro Roofing are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if additional damage or issues are discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and must be approved before proceeding.
Service Agreements
All roofing work will be governed by a written service agreement or contract that outlines:
- Scope of work to be performed
- Materials to be used
- Project timeline
- Payment terms and schedule
- Warranty information
Work will not commence until the service agreement is signed and any required deposits are received.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion of work
- We accept checks, credit cards, and financing options (where available)
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your contract.
Insurance Claims
When assisting with insurance claims:
- We will work directly with your insurance company on your behalf
- You are ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage
- We cannot guarantee insurance claim approval or coverage amounts
- Additional costs not covered by insurance are your responsibility
Warranties
Platinum Pro Roofing provides workmanship warranties on our installations. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and provided by the respective manufacturers. Warranty details will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties may be voided by:
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Failure to maintain the roof properly
- Damage from events outside normal wear
Property Access and Conditions
By scheduling services, you grant Platinum Pro Roofing and our team access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Remove or secure vehicles, outdoor furniture, and valuables near the work area
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
- Make arrangements for pets during work hours
Limitations of Liability
Platinum Pro Roofing is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not visible during inspection
- Damage caused by severe weather events during or after work
- Issues arising from customer-supplied materials
- Delays due to weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control
- Consequential or incidental damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation is unsuccessful
- Binding arbitration or litigation in Harris County, Texas
Texas law governs these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
